Puerto Vallarta is a very dog friendly town! Not all the dogs are friendly, not naming any names, but we are welcome in lots of places. So far I’ve been to the groomer twice, I’ve been on the bus and in a taxi. I even get to go in restaurants. Plus, I’ve been on the Malecon almost every day. I’m pretty popular, too! I hear bonito pero all the time and Sharon’s working hard to keep all the compliments from going to my head.
We are staying at Loma del Mar and the grounds are really pretty. We’ll post pictures another day. But, you can see that I have a great spot under the chair where Sharon does her computer work. Note that she sits on my blanket and I have to sit on the rocks. But, it gets us outside in the afternoon when it’s hot. Later we head down to the beach to watch the sunset.
I’m starting to figure out my way around and I’m getting used to all of the cars, people and dogs.

This year guests have come specifically to explore The Galloping Goose Trail. Some rode their bikes from Victoria to Race View and one even came on foot! Once they settled into their suite, they had a comfortable home base to return to at the end of a day of exploration.
